Response time
We read every message and usually reply within 2–3 business days. Bug reports about wrong results are prioritised — accuracy is the whole point of this site.
Before you write
- Each calculator page ends with a guide explaining its formula — many "how does it work?" answers live there.
- Results are estimates from the values entered; for personal financial decisions, please also read the disclaimer.
- We can't give individual financial advice by email — but we can always fix a calculator.
